Professional Fees

Rose Law APC offers fixed-rate legal subscription arrangements for labor, trade, and professional organizations and associations, as well as for small business employers. These arrangements provide consistent and responsive legal services while ensuring predictable costs and avoiding open-ended billing exposure. The firm works with each organizational client to structure attorney-fee terms that correspond to its operational needs and budgetary parameters. Hourly and contingency-fee arrangements are also available for select matters and for clients whose cases meet the firm’s eligibility criteria.

I am an electrical contractor with many employees. I have MULTIPLE situations I can relay in this review but it's too many to type out. To keep it simple: Rose law has been PHENOMENAL. They cover anything related to employee discussions, handbook details, contracts, labor law (reimbursements, milage, travel, minimum wage discussions for to contractors etc.), laws regarding contract obligations for homeowners or businesses, lien information, and SO MUCH more. If I have a question I can text or call and I have a response very quickly. They are so thorough and ensure that they put your business interests first. They are not out to chase money and ensure that they explain the financial pros and cons to each scenario. They make sure that you are aware of your costs if you decide to write a demand letter, receive a letter from the state, want to potentially file suit against someone, etc. etc. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. You will not regret deciding to move forward with this company!!!!
