I hired Joe Rose because I realized, after working with a company for a year, that they were not paying me or anyone I worked with overtime. They were taking advantage of the fact that most of their employees were a little younger, and that we didn't really know the labor laws of California. I attempted to get this situation resolved by myself with Labor Comissions, but they pretty much laughed in my face because I didn't have "sufficient evidence". This is when I decided to hire an attorney with another coworker, and I am extremely grateful I had made that decision. We were up against one of the largest real estate investing companies in all of Sacramento, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, Joe took us in, consulted our situation, recommended we get as many other employees as we could involved, then went to work to get what was rightfully ours. Joe was very attentive, and kept us updated almost daily as to the standing and progression of our case. Joe was extremely confident that we had a good case, and continued to work away through every objection that was thrown at us. I had an incident at work that I didn't feel comfortable with and I needed some advice another lawyer friend of mine suggested Rose law. Not only was I put in contact with the attorney right away but he had researched and found the answer to my problem within a couple of days.
