I hired Joe Rose because I realized, after working with a company for a year, that they were not paying me or anyone I worked with overtime. They were taking advantage of the fact that most of their employees were a little younger, and that we didn't really know the labor laws of California. I attempted to get this situation resolved by myself with Labor Comissions, but they pretty much laughed in my face because I didn't have "sufficient evidence". This is when I decided to hire an attorney with another coworker, and I am extremely grateful I had made that decision. We were up against one of the largest real estate investing companies in all of Sacramento, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, Joe took us in, consulted our situation, recommended we get as many other employees as we could involved, then went to work to get what was rightfully ours. Joe was very attentive, and kept us updated almost daily as to the standing and progression of our case. If I have a question I can text or call and I have a response very quickly. They are so thorough and ensure that they put your business interests first. They are not out to chase money and ensure that they explain the financial pros and cons to each scenario.
